I have literally fallen in love with chocolate this week, thanks to my discovery of ChocoMe. If you haven’t tried their chocolates yet – you need to find a place in your area or order online promptly. I picked up mine at Meinhardt Fine Foods in Vancouver.
To create this delicious, guilt free recipe I used powdered peanut butter in my smoothie. It provides all the protein one needs, but without the calories and high fat content from regular peanut butter.
Low Calorie Peanut Butter and Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
3 tbsp PB&Me powdered peanut butter
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup coconut cream
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut milk
sprinkle of nutmeg
Blend all ingredients until desired consistency and garnish with your favorite chocolate for extra crunch
