Pomegranate and Cranberry Brie

Hello 2017 Holiday Potlucks!

I’ll be here over the next few weeks posting my easy go-to recipes for those needing fun, festive items to bring to a holiday potluck. Let me introduce you to this easy, crowd pleasing, Christmas inspired brie.

This week, I attended a corporate potluck party that consisted of decorating, boozy nutmylk drinks and of course holiday snacks. My contribution: This holiday inspired ooey-gooey, Christmas colored brie. Did I mention you can prep this the day before. All you need is a microwave to reheat in the next day.

  6. 1 tsp ground cardamon
  7. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  8. 2 tbsp coconut sugar + 1/8 cup coconut sugar
  9. Pomegranate seeds
  10. Rosemary sprigs, cut in 3″-4″ pieces

Prep: Cranberry Glaze

  1. Combine frozen berries and 1/4 water in small skillet. Warm over medium heat.

  1. Pour about 1/8 cup coconut sugar on small plate
  2. Take pre-cut rosemary sprigs and wet, shake off excess water
  3. Roll rosemary sprigs in coconut sugar, set aside and repeat
