I partnered up with Flora and Vista Magazine to create a nutritional elderberry vegan fruit dip that’s loaded with vitamins and helps relieve cold and flu symptoms. It’s also organic, so if you have a toddler that is a dip junkie like mine – I recommend trying this dish right now.
Ingredients
1 small can of coconut cream
4 heaping scoops of Flora Elderberry Crystals
Mix and serve with your favorite fruit. Toddler approved.
One of my favourite things to eat is a fruit salad. I eat fruit every single day! The perk is that this is paired with another great thing to make you feel like a million bucks.
